ஆர்வம் மற்றும் விடாமுயற்சி குறித்து நடிகை ஸ்ருதிஹாசன், ‘கடினமான நாட்களும் மதிப்புமிக்க பாடங்களாக அமைகின்றன ‘என தெரிவித்துள்ளார்
முன்னணி நட்சத்திர நடிகையும், பாடகியுமான ஸ்ருதிஹாசன், சமீபத்தில் ஹைதராபாத்தில் நடைபெற்ற ரக்பி பிரீமியர் லீக் ( Rugby Premier League) தொடரின் இரண்டாவது சீசனில் பங்கேற்று அந்த விளையாட்டு நிகழ்வை சிறப்பித்தார். தேசிய கீதம் – ரக்பி பிரீமியர் லீக் கீதம் மற்றும் தனது பிரபலமான சஞ்சாரி ( Sanchari) பாடல் ஆகியவற்றை அவர் மிகச் சிறப்பாக பாடி பார்வையாளர்களை உற்சாகப்படுத்தினார்.
இந்நிகழ்வில் நடிகை ஸ்ருதிஹாசன் பேசுகையில், ” இந்த ரக்பி பிரீமியர் லீக் தொடருக்கான நிகழ்வில் கலந்துகொண்டது மிகவும் மகிழ்ச்சியாக இருக்கிறது. மைதானம் முழுவதும் நிலவிய சூழல் அற்புதமாக உள்ளது.. இங்கிருந்த உற்சாகம் அனைவரையும் ஈர்க்கும் வகையிலும் இருந்தது.

ரக்பி பிரீமியர் லீக்கில் பங்கேற்று இந்த விளையாட்டை கொண்டாடுவதில் நான் பெருமிதம் கொள்கிறேன். ராகுல் போஸை ( Ragul Bose) எனக்கு பல ஆண்டுகளாக தெரியும். அவர் எனக்கு அழைப்பு விடுத்து இந்த சிறப்பான முன்னெடுப்பு பற்றி கூறிய போது.. குறிப்பாக இந்த ஆண்டு ரக்பி பிரீமியர் லீக்கில் பெண்கள் அணிகளும் பங்கேற்கிறார்கள் என்று சொன்னபோது.. இங்கு இருப்பது ஒரு பெரும் கௌரவம் என்பதையும் நான் உணர்ந்தேன்.
விளையாட்டு வரலாற்றில் குறிப்பாக இந்தியாவில் திறமை எங்கு வேண்டுமானாலும் இருக்கலாம். அதற்குத் தேவைப்படுவது நிதி உதவி- அங்கீகாரம் -முறையான பயிற்சி மற்றும் உங்களை நம்பி ஆதரிக்கும் ஒரு குழு- ஆகியவை மட்டும் தான், திறமையான வீரர்களுக்கு தங்கள் கனவுகளை நனவாக்கவும்… இத்தகைய அற்புதமான மேடையில் தங்கள் திறமையை வெளிப்படுத்தவும்… வாய்ப்பு அளிக்கும் ரக்பி பிரீமியர் லீகின் செயல்பாடு.. உண்மையிலேயே பாராட்டத்தக்கது” என்றார்.

Actor-singer Shruti Haasan recently performed at the second season of the Rugby Premier League in Hyderabad, adding glamour and energy to the sporting extravaganza. The actress-singer delivered a powerful performance, singing the National Anthem, the Rugby Premier League Anthem, and her popular track Sanchari, leaving the audience enthralled.
Speaking about the atmosphere at the venue, Shruti said, “Being here felt so good. The vibes all around the ground were incredible, and the energy was absolutely infectious.”
Drawing parallels between sports and life, she added, “I think whether it’s rugby or any sport that you love, there are always challenges. It’s always like that. But when you truly love something and passionately believe that it’s what you want to do in life, even the tough days become valuable lessons, and the good days serve as reminders to keep going.”
Expressing her gratitude for being associated with the league, Shruti said, “I am really honoured to be at the Rugby Premier League and celebrate sports. I have known Rahul Bose for many years now, and when he called me and told me about this special initiative, especially with women’s teams participating this year, I felt it was truly an honour to be here.”
She also highlighted the need for greater support and recognition for athletes. “In the history of sports, particularly in India, talent can be found anywhere. All it needs is financial support, recognition, proper training, and a team of people who believe in and back you. What the Rugby Premier League is doing by giving these talented players a chance to fulfil their dreams and showcase their talent on such an amazing platform is truly commendable.”
