Suriya’s TVS Apache from Ayan becomes the latest addition to the AVM Heritage Museum!
Indian Cinema’s legendary production house AVM Studios recently added another feather to their hat with ‘AVM Heritage Museum’, which is a celebration of legacy, cinema history and carefully preserved archives from films such as Anbe Vaa, Paayum Puli, Sakalakala Vallavan, Yejaman, Sivaji: The Boss, and an impressive collection of rare automobiles. The AVM Heritage Museum is now home to TVS Apache (2009 model) used by actor Suriya in AVM Productions’ blockbuster hit ‘Ayan’ directed by KV Anand. Following the success of ‘Perazhagan’, this film saw the teaming up of Suriya with AVM Productions for the second time.
The film also starred Tamannaah as the female lead with ‘Ilaya Thilagam’ Prabhu, Akashdeep Saigal, Jagan, Karunaas in pivotal roles. Harris Jayaraj’s songs proved to be another great addition to the film and went on to become chartbusters. Apart from the stellar cast, amazing scenes and chartbusters songs, ‘Ayan’ also holds the record for being the solo blockbuster of 2009 in Tamil cinema, with humongous box office collections. The film was shot in exotic locations like Kuala Lumpur, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Malaysia, Zanzibar and South Africa. The TVS Apache RTR 160 4V bike that was used in many scenes including the peppy ‘Oyaayiye’ song, will be the latest addition to the museum ahead of actor Suriya’s birthday. The bike will be in display for fans and visitors from tomorrow.
