Vijay Sethupathi starrer “Production No.20” shooting goes on floors

Passion Studios has scheduled a slew of projects down the line for 2023 and it officially announces its new project. The film, tentatively titled ‘Production No.20’ features Makkal Selvan Actor Vijay Sethupathi in the lead role, directed by Nithilan Swaminathan of ‘Kurangu Bommai’ fame. Currently, the shoot is happening in full swing in Chennai. Natty (a) Nataraj Subramaniam, Munishkanth, Aruldoss, Boys Manikandan, and many more prominent actors are a part of this star cast. Talks are going on with some of the leading actresses for the female lead. Since the antagonist’s role is as powerful as the protagonist’s character; the makers are keen on roping in a top-league actor for it. The producers will be making the official announcement on the female lead and antagonist soon.

This yet-to-be-titled movie is an out-and-out Action Drama that will have the elements of crime and thriller as well.

B. Ajaneesh Loknath, one of the leading music directors of the Kannada industry, whose recent outing ‘Kantara’ was a huge success is composing music for this film. It is noteworthy that Ajaneesh had earlier composed music for Nithilan’s ‘Kurangu Bommai’ as well. Philomin Raj (Maanagaram, Kaithi, Master, Vikram, Thalapathy 67) is taking care of editing. Dinesh Purushothaman, who captured the attention with his visual magic in Love Today & Vilangu Web Series is handling cinematography. Selvakumar, the man behind the magical set works of outstanding movies like Iyarkai, Peranmai, Madharasapattinam, and many films is the art director.

Sudhan Sundaram and G. Jayaram of Passion Studios are producing this film, which marks their third collaboration with Vijay Sethupathi after Seethakathi and Annabelle Sethupathi.
