Launched by founder and passionate filmmaker Punith, the banner is introduced with a core vision focused on bold storytelling, experimental filmmaking, and culturally rooted narratives tailored for a wide audience appeal.
For its maiden project, Rayra Ventures has joined forces with co-producers and longtime supporters Ramesha C, RudraMurthy, and Rakesh under the banners of MR Film Factory & RR Combiness to bring a unique, high-concept narrative to the silver screen.

Written and directed by Punith, Achyuta Avataaram is a female-centric feature film that aims to achieve a rare thematic crossover.
